Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to create compelling content and manage all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth

- Create engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram

- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create social media campaigns aligned with company goals and initiatives

- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics

- Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives

- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand our reach and engagement

- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management on various platforms

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels

- Stay informed about our industry and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or marketing

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
