Experienced Metal Roofing Installer – Standing Seam & TPO

We're looking for a skilled installer who takes pride in doing things right.
Rimrock Roofing is growing, and we're looking to add an experienced standing seam metal roofing installer to our team.
We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to put metal on a roof. We're looking for someone who understands quality craftsmanship, pays attention to details, can solve problems in the field, and takes pride in the finished product.
What we're looking for:
- Solid, hands-on experience installing standing seam metal roofing systems
- Experience with metal roof flashing, trim, valleys, penetrations, and other critical details
- Ability to read plans, understand roof layouts, and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to install TPO roofing systems or learn TPO installation
- Comfortable working at heights and following jobsite safety practices
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work well with a crew
- Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed
TPO experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right experienced metal installer who is willing to expand their skills.
