We help homeowners protect their biggest investment through storm/insurance claims and retail roofing, siding, and window projects. But what we really do is develop people into high-level producers and leaders. We're scaling hard in 2026, launching in the Treasure Valley, and we're looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead the Boise market from the ground up.

What You'll Do
This is a player-coach leadership role. You'll build the Boise market: recruit and develop the team, set the standard in the field, and own the revenue.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of outside sales reps
- Set the standard in the field, ride-alongs, role-play, and live coaching
- Own your market's sales numbers: pipeline, close rates, and revenue targets
- Run team meetings, set daily/weekly KPIs, and keep the board moving
- Partner with operations to ensure clean handoffs from sale to install
- Hold the team accountable in ServiceTitan, SalesRabbit, and our reporting tools
- Carry personal production while you build the team (player-coach)
Who You Are
- Proven track record in D2D, home-services, solar, roofing, or comparable outside sales
- Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team (formal or informal)
- Competitive, accountable, and motivated by performance-based income
- Strong recruiter and culture-builder, people want to run through walls for you
- Comfortable in the field and the office; organized and data-driven
- Wants to own a market and grow with the company
Requirements
- 2 years of outside/D2D sales experience; 1 years leading a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in the field across the Treasure Valley
- Comfortable managing a sales pipeline in a CRM
Nice To Have's
- Roofing / exteriors or construction experience
- Built or scaled a sales team or new market before
- Experience recruiting and onboarding D2D reps
- ServiceTitan or similar experience
- SalesRabbit or similar experience
Compensation & Perks
- Mentorship from sales leaders who have scaled a home-services company past $80M in annual revenue
- Team override / commission on team production
- Equity bonuses based on team performance
- Expected total OTE range 120,000β300,000
