With a consistent backlog of awarded projects in Oregon. They are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support project management efforts across a variety of commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage bid packages, contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and RFIs
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and distribute to all relevant stakeholders
Assist in procurement efforts and ensure timely material deliveries to job sites
Support schedule development and coordination with field teams and the Superintendent
Communicate updates with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations
Track and organize documentation including RFIs, ASIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
Participate in project meetings and provide updates to the Project Manager
Support project closeout activities including as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals, and final documents
Assist in cost tracking, change order processing, and budget reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
2 years of experience in commercial construction or a related industry
Proficiency with Procore, Sage 300 (Timberline), Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with architects, engineers, and clients
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive project information
