Material Handler

We're looking for a Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations by receiving, staging, organizing, and delivering materials to ensure efficient production flow. This role works closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support on-time project delivery.

• Receive, inspect, stage, and distribute materials to production areas
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP)
• Build and maintain material kits, staging areas, and warehouse organization using 5S principles
• Coordinate outbound shipments and complete required documentation
• Perform routine safety inspections on material handling equipment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Assist with material deliveries between facilities as needed

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to use inventory management or ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently
• Valid driver's license required for occasional material deliveries
