Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the plumbing service department, ensuring efficient workflow and execution.
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching service technicians to meet customer needs and service timelines.
- Monitor technician productivity, quality of work, and overall job performance.
- Support training, coaching, and development of field personnel.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Review and assist with work orders, invoices, and job costing.
- Track department performance including labor, productivity, and service metrics.
- Support management of service agreements and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
- Assist in managing service vehicles, tools, and inventory.
- Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service performance.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in plumbing service, construction, or related field operations.
- Background as a Service Technician or Lead Technician preferred.
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems, service workflows, and field operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Valid driver’s license.
