**Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily operations of the plumbing service department - Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction - Manage and mentor a team of plumbers and technicians - Coordinate schedules, dispatch service calls, and optimize workflow - Handle client communication, quotes, and project timelines, Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
