Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Kitchen and Bath Designer based in Oconomowoc, WI, to manage and operate our New "Reserve Cabinet Design Center" open to Interior Designers, Contractors and Clients. Responsibilities include creating detailed and functional kitchen and bath designs, consulting with Interior Designer, Contractors and Clients to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, managing marketing, and overseeing cabinetry selection and sales processes. The designer will collaborate with Interior Designer, Contractors and Cleints and team members to deliver successful projects that balance creativity, functionality, and budget considerations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Custom Kitchen & Bath Design, with strong attention to detail and functionality
- NKBA Certifications a plus
- Strong knowledge of the difference in Custom , Semi-Custom and Box Cabinetry. We only will sell True Full Custom Cabinetry
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and understanding client requirements to offer tailored solutions
- Knowledge of Cabinetry design and materials
- Proficient in using design software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a strong focus on deadlines and quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in high-end or custom home design and construction is a plus
