Role Description
This is a full-time role for a CAD Designer at our Oconomowoc, WI Office location. The CAD Designer will create and refine technical and construction drawings, assist with project designs, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop functional and inspiring solutions. The role also involves the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce detailed plans, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Drawing, Drawing, and Construction Drawings
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, Chief Architect is our Software used
- Experience in Design Engineering and related fields
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail accuracy for all aspects of residential building construction
