We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our growing dealership. This position is commission-based only and offers excellent earning potential for self-driven individuals who love working with people and cars.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Listen to customer needs and help qualify them for vehicles that best suit their lifestyle and budget
- Follow up with leads and past customers through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our current inventory, features, and financing options
- Assist customers through the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Keep the lot organized and vehicles presentation-ready
- Work closely with the RIGS & RIDES team to meet sales goals and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Perform other related sales duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:

- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation:
