Position Overview:
We are currently seeking someone reliable and motivated to join our team. Shop Support will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our automotive repair shop. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop, ensuring bays are clean and vehicles are parked in designated areas.
- Shuttling customers as needed.
- Running errands as needed.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth flow of vehicle traffic in and out of the lot.
- Assist with the movement of vehicles as needed, including parking, fueling, and washing.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
