What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker position at RightStone?
Ready to get to work and grow your career? We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker in Miramar, FL 33025 offering $18/hour for a 1-month contract with potential for permanent placement. In this role, you will accurately pick, build, and load customer orders to keep deliveries on schedule. We’re looking for someone who can quickly follow instructions, stay detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment—someone dependable who takes pride in getting the job done right.
- Monday – Thursday | 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM (30-minute lunch break)
- Build and pick orders based on invoices using case picking or bottle line processes
- Load delivery trucks according to route specifications and schematics
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.)
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Handle and move product, including beverage alcohol, responsibly
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse experience or training (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication, problem-solving, and judgment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds for extended periods
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and squatting
- Ability to reach, including overhead, throughout shift
