What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Packer (2nd shift) position at RightStone?
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our team in Pasadena, TX with $19/hr pay for a 1 year contract (temp to perm opportunity). In this role, you’ll help prepare and pack customer orders to make sure they arrive safely and on time. Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pack and prepare customer orders according to company standards
- Inspect items for accuracy, quality, and any damage before shipping
- Use proper packing materials to protect products during transit
- Label packages correctly and complete required documentation
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, scanners, and carts
- Use a forklift when needed (experience required)
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
