What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Lab Technician position at RightStone?
We are seeking a Test Lab Technician in Richland Hills, TX 76118 for a 2-month temporary role paying $17/hour. In this role, you will inspect and test electrical safety equipment used by utility workers and electricians, operate testing equipment, and assist with inventory and shipping. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, the ability to lift over 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work well both independently and in a team. Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lab and testing equipment safely
- Inspect and test protective electrical safety gear
- Perform inventory, shipping, and material tracking
- Follow proper procedures to ensure safety and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Basic computer operation skills
- Comfortable lifting packages over 50 lbs
- Able to stand for most of the day
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a team setting
Additional Information:
- Shift Days: Monday – Friday
- Shift Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Dress Code: Casual/lab-appropriate attire
- PPE Requirements: None required (steel toe shoes not needed)
