Record Center Specialist (Warehouse Associate)

Rightstoneis looking for aRecord Center Specialist (Warehouse Associate)in Denver, CO. The pay rate is $21.81/hr.foran initial1-month contract, with a strong potential for renewal.

In this role, you willbe responsible forthe high-volume movement and organization of sensitive storage materials. This is a physically active position that requiresa high levelof stamina, as you will be lifting and tracking storage boxes, bins, and totes weighing up to 100lbs.using both manual techniques and proprietary scanning technology.

Essential Functions:

• Move, arrange, lift, and carry storage containers ranging from 24lbsto over 100lbswithoutassistance.
• Navigate the facility with heavy loads, including moving boxes up and down inclines, stairs, andover changes in elevation.
• Use handheld scanners and proprietary computer systems to track orders anddeterminethe precise location of inventory.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders by accurately reading labels and organizing files, books, and backup media.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including hand carts, pallet jacks, and U-boat carts.
• Load andshrink wrappallets at ground level and manually load pallets onto trucks for distribution.
• Maintain warehouse organization by climbing andbalancingladders to retrieve or store materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while performing repetitive tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and bending for extended periods.

Roles and Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbsconsistently and withoutassistancefor prolonged periods.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or physically demanding labor role.
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, and twist continuously throughout an 8.5-hour shift.
• Proficiencyin reading and writing English to ensure accuracy in labeling and order processing.
• Experience with (or willingness to learn) warehouse tools like pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and carts.
• Strong attention to detail and a "safety-first" mindsetregardinginventory handling.
• Must provide and wear safety-toe protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a slip-resistant rating of "Better or Best."
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability towork onthe required schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period.
