What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at RightStone?
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a Production Operator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ with $18/hr pay for a 1 month contract (temp only). You will help ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and with high quality. If you have the required skills and qualifications, APPLY NOW!
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am to 330pm weekends if needed (OT Possible)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE at all times
- Operate equipment and make sure safety features are working properly
- Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Perform tasks as assigned by your supervisor and support daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing (clean or high-speed production is a plus)
- Basic troubleshooting or maintenance experience is helpful
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and comfortable standing for long periods
- Willing to work in varying conditions (temperature changes, etc.)
- Able to work scheduled shifts, including start-up and handover meetings
