The Opportunity
Description
Schedule:1st Shift: 7AM–3:30PM,Overtime may be required based on business needs
Dress Code:Casual, with required PPE on the production floor
Interview:ScheduledHiring Event in Skaneateles, NY office
Date:4/21/2026 at 12 PM – 2 PM or4/22/2026 at 9 AM – 11 AM
No rescheduling or alternate times available. Applicants must be available on the scheduled date, as final interviews will take place the same day.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented ProductionOperator to assemble and inspect small optical components in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves working with precision hand tools, performing soldering tasks, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble small optical parts using hand tools
- Perform soldering and follow detailed work instructions
- Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Experience Required for Your Success
