Rightstone is looking for a Physical Records & Inventory Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. The pay rate is $18.26/hr for a 3-month contract with a strong "Temp-to-Perm" potential for top performers.
In this role, you will be the key person responsible for maintaining a welcoming, sanitized, and professional environment for a premier local facility. You will handle everything from the physical movement and organization of high-volume storage materials to utilizing proprietary tracking technology. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a physically active role and ensuring high standards of facility readiness and inventory accuracy.
Essential Functions:
- Handle, move, and organize boxes and materials weighing 10 to 100 lbs.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
- Read and process labels and documentation using our internal systems.
- Load pallets and prepare boxes for outbound shipments.
- Navigate stairs, inclines, and various floor surfaces safely.
- Climb ladders and work in different physical positions (bending, kneeling, squatting, etc.).
What we are looking for:
- Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
- Willing and able to walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Experience using basic warehouse tools or willingness to learn (pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
- Safety-minded and dependable, with attention to detail.
Work Environment & Requirements:
- You’ll work in a secure warehouse handling stored files, books, and backup media.
- This is a physically demanding role requiring continuous movement and lifting.
- Protective footwear required: Must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards and be slip-resistant (rated Better or Best).
