RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX with $25/hr pay for 1 year contract with a temp to perm opportunity and help ensure our internal teams have the right parts at the right time. You’ll be the go-to person for tracking, expediting, and communicating the status of parts orders—helping us reduce delays and keep service running efficiently. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and manage purchase requisitions, process parts orders, and keep our tracking systems accurate.
- Follow up with vendors, expedite orders, and communicate updates to prevent delays.
- Work with warehouse and shipping teams to confirm part accuracy and track deliveries.
- Keep project managers and internal teams informed on order status, risks, and timelines.
- Manage a steady workflow of roughly 8 orders per day, ensuring everyone has the parts they need to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in parts operations, supply chain, procurement support, or logistics.
- High school diploma minimum; Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus (we use Solomon and are transitioning to Oracle; training provided).
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to solving issues.
- Experience with industrial equipment, rotating machinery, or aftermarket service parts, such as gaskets, tin/paint cans, nuts, bolts, etc. (preferred)
