Rightstone is looking for an Electronic Recycling & Warehouse Associate in Brooksville, FL. The pay rate is $17.91/hr. for a full-time, 12-month contract with strong "Temp-to-Hire" potential for top performers.
In this role, you will be the key person responsible for maintaining a sanitized, organized, and efficient production environment for a world leader in information management. You will handle everything from the systematic disassembly of consumer electronics—like computers, TVs, and mobile devices—to the high-volume palletizing and labeling of materials for transport. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on, fast-paced work and is looking for a stable career path with a premier global employer.
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch two 15-minute breaks)
What you will do:
- Disassemble and break down various consumer electronic devices (TVs, computers, phones) using basic hand tools.
- Sort and move boxes of processed materials to and from scan lines to ensure production goals are met.
- Accurately palletize, wrap, and label completed products to prepare them for outbound shipping.
- Supply workstations with necessary materials and transport facility waste to compacters for proper disposal.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following all procedural and security guidelines for sensitive materials.
- Collaborate with team members across different warehouse departments to support high-volume project needs.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage your daily workflow independently and meet time-sensitive targets.
What we are looking for:
- A dependable individual with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong work ethic for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and routinely lift up to 50 lbs throughout a full shift.
- A proactive professional with reliable transportation to the Broad Street facility in Brooksville.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where safety and accuracy are top priorities.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is helpful, but a desire to learn is most important.
- A team player with excellent time-management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
