RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a funeral home setting in Hialeah, FL with $16/hr pay for a 2 months contract (temp only). This role is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking families and team members. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm w/flexibility on some weekends
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and respectful manner
- Schedule appointments and keep calendars organized
- Prepare and send emails, letters, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems and keep records up to date
- Assist with reports and general office documentation
- Welcome and support visitors, ensuring a positive experience
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external clients
- Support managers and team members with daily administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable with dependable transportation
