Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
- Perform general office and administrative tasks
- Manage filing, mail, and office supplies
- Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and documentation
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization
- Help verify outgoing orders with warehouse staff
- Provide occasional support in the warehouse as needed
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and computer skills
- Able to multitask and work well with others
- Prior office or warehouse experience is a plus
