Rightstone is looking for an Administrative Coordinator in Binghamton, NY. The pay rate is $20.56/hr. for a 2-month contract with a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule and strong potential for extension.
In this role, you will be the key person responsible for driving a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment for a global technology leader. You will act as the operational backbone of the department—handling everything from executive communication and visitor logistics to critical administrative financial tasks like processing purchase orders and tracking vendor invoices. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary face of the office, warmly greeting corporate visitors and directing incoming phone communications with high professionalism.
- Manage critical administrative financial logistics, including generating purchase orders, tracking vendor payments, and processing supply invoices.
- Oversee full office inventory systems, proactively ordering supplies and preparing administrative tracking sheets for production timelines.
- Perform diverse clerical functions, including editing corporate correspondence, coordinating meeting logistics, and maintaining electronic filing systems.
- Uphold strict corporate facility security by ensuring all guest check-in safety protocols are flawlessly executed daily.
- Collaborate closely across internal teams to prioritize competing requests and keep a fast-paced corporate office running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven professional experience working in an administrative, receptionist, or corporate secretarial capacity.
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and a comfort level mastering new systems quickly.

- Top-tier verbal and written communication skills paired with a naturally collaborative, positive team spirit.

This is a temporary/contract position. While benefits (Health, 401k, PTO) are not provided during the contract period.
