RightStone is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth TX offering $17/hr. on a 3-month contract with a temp-to-hire opportunity.
In this role, you will join Sonepar, a global leader in electrical distribution, at our high-efficiency facility off Primoris Court. You will be the operational backbone of the distribution floor—seamlessly balancing precision equipment handling accurate material logging. From safely operating various forklifts to managing inbound freight and maintaining electronic stock records, this position offers direct career advancement. What you will do:
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of industrial machinery, including forklifts and heavy manual/motorized pallet jacks, to navigate tight warehouse aisles.
- Execute accurate receiving and picking transactions, pulling commercial parts according to client orders, and systematically restocking inventory lines.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight trucks safely, ensuring all shipments are structurally secure and verified.
- Utilize warehouse computer systems to log stock placements, verify part numbers, and update real-time digital inventory metrics.
- Manually move, organize, and stage heavy inventory items to optimize facility workspace and uphold elite safety protocols.
- Maintain a highly dependable presence, working a primary Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift, with openness to mandatory overtime or on-call call-ins as building production surges.
What we are looking for:
- Proven Workforce Stability Required: To meet the client's strict long-term retention goals, candidates must demonstrate solid tenure with a background of at least 1 to 2 consecutive years at previous employers (candidates with frequent short-term job-hopping will not be considered).
- Verifiable hands-on experience operating a variety of material handling equipment, specifically diverse industrial forklifts.
- Strong computer literacy with practical experience using digital inventory management systems, PCs, or RF scanner interfaces.
- Physical stamina to comfortably stand, walk, bend, and move heavy items manually throughout a fast-paced 9-hour shift.
- Strict compliance with facility safety protocols, including arriving on day one with required Steel Toe Shoes/Boots.
- A reliable, team-first professional who is motivated by permanent placement and looking to build a multi-year career path.

This is a temporary/contract position. While benefits (Health, 401k, PTO) are not provided during the contract period, they may become available upon successful conversion to a permanent role.
