We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Boulevard, Irving, TX 75038, offering $20/hour for a 6-month contract with strong potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for entering and maintaining accurate invoice and payment data, ensuring proper coding within the accounting system, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate has basic computer and office experience, strong data entry and Excel skills, accounting knowledge, and a high level of attention to detail with a customer service–focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain invoices and payments in the accounting system
- Ensure accurate coding and data integrity
- Support A/P, A/R, and G/L teams as needed
- Review income statements regularly
- Assist with audit preparation
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
- Provide cross-functional support during peak periods
- Perform additional duties as assigned
⏰ Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications
- Proficient in basic computer and office applications, including 10-key data entry
- Knowledge of accounting principles; A/P, A/R, and G/L experience preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and related tools
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, flexible, and proactive team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience
- Experience in a similar or warehouse environment
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or GED preferred
