Warehouse Agent
Location: Doral, FL
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Agent to join our growing warehouse operations team in the Doral area. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
This position involves receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, shipping, and operating material handling equipment (MHE) to support daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming merchandise for inventory and physical counts
- Sort, organize, stock, and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Route and process orders using RF scanners and order pickers
- Ensure products are shipped to the correct destination with proper documentation
- Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect merchandise to management immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control processes
- Perform basic warehouse data entry and paperwork documentation
- Operate powered industrial equipment and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect products and shipments for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties
- Connect forklifts and warehouse equipment to charging stations when needed
- Follow instructions from warehouse supervisors and management team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift Certification required
- Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) preferred
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills required
- Strong inventory control and organizational skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately for inventory purposes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
