Job Description
Senior Credit Analyst
Requirements include: 5-10 years credit analysis experience in the Banking industry. Successful candidates will have proven success in a fast paced analytical environment requiring accuracy, timeliness, team work, and excellent communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads. Strong computer skills are a must. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field, or an advanced degree or substantial related field experience is required.
Qualifications
Responsibilities include: Independently producing credit analysis reports, which detail strengths and weaknesses of loans; provide direction for less experienced analysts; and work well with commercial lenders and create a smooth process for underwriting quality loans. Other duties include performing thorough financial analysis on corporate financial statements, individual tax returns, and personal financial statements. Various monthly reports will be completed by this individual as well, along with numerous ad hoc projects and reports. This individual will have the experience and acumen to analyze the more complicated and involved credit requests. This individual will work closely with the Commercial Lenders to assure a thorough understanding and analysis of credit requests as well as an appropriate loan structure and securitization
