Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Road Warrior)
Location: Miami-Dade & Monroe County (Field-Based)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $45,000 base salary 2%–4% tiered commission (after 90 days)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative (Road Warrior) to cover the Miami-Dade and Monroe County areas. This role requires daily travel, in-person client visits, and consistent prospecting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and closing deals.
This position focuses on selling long-term scaffolding and portable sanitation (porta-potties) solutions to construction companies and related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Report to the office at the beginning and end of each workday
· Travel throughout Miami-Dade and Monroe County to meet with clients and prospects
· Conduct on-site visits to construction sites and active projects
· Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into long-term accounts
· Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person prospecting
· Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and decision-makers
· Present, promote, and sell company services and solutions
· Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and service agreements
· Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics
· Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Training & Onboarding:
· First 90 days will consist of hands-on training, including shadowing the Sales Manager
· Focus on learning company services, sales process, and territory development
· Transition into full sales responsibilities after successful completion of the training period
Qualifications:
· Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
· Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or construction-related sales preferred
· Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
· Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
· Comfortable working outdoors and visiting active construction sites
Compensation & Benefits:
· $45,000 base salary
· 2%–4% tiered commission structure (after 90 days)
