Systems Engineer (Controls)

Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technical precision. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges, translating ideas into functional systems, and ensuring every design performs with reliability and efficiency. This is an onsite position based in Lee County, Mississippi.

Systems Engineer’s Responsibilities And Duties

• Support the design, development, and implementation of automated systems and control solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are clearly defined and successfully executed.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, schematics, and specifications.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance to meet project goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the integration of new technologies.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
  
  

Systems Engineer’s Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional experience in systems design, automation, or a related engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to system development.
• Familiarity with industrial controls, automation software, or system integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
