Our client is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to support employee relations and HR alignment across multiple business units within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.
HR Business Partner's Responsibilities and Duties:
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and compliant manner
- Align client groups with HR policies through coaching, counseling, performance management, and reporting
- Act as a strategic liaison between business units and the Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with Nursing and Clinical leadership on workforce matters
- Advise managers on HR best practices and organizational policies
- Support performance management processes and documentation across assigned client groups
HR Business Partner's Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
- Experience in a healthcare setting required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance
- Ability to manage multiple client groups and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
