- Configure and maintain UKG Pro Workforce Management rules, workflows, and system settings.
- Manage and enhance advanced scheduling features to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and build custom reports and dashboards within the UKG platform for various stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively develop solutions.
- Leverage community forums, documentation, and peer networks to troubleshoot and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to support system upgrades, testing, and integrations.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed to ensure optimal system utilization.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (rules, configuration, and analytics).
- Strong understanding of advanced scheduling and workforce optimization tools.
- Proven ability to build reports and dashboards within UKG or similar HR systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who stays up to date on UKG product updates and community solutions.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, or other large-scale workforce environments preferred but not required.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
