- Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
- Support Office 365 applications and cloud-based tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Remote Access issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and patch management.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure reliable and secure operations.
- At least 1 year of desktop support experience.
- Proven experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and O365 administration.
- Experience with remote access solutions and endpoint management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
