What You'll Do

As an HVAC Technician, you'll be the face of our brand — a trusted expert who keeps our clients comfortable year-round. You'll primarily respond to service calls, while also taking on planned maintenance and installation projects as needed. Every day brings something new, and your expertise will make a real difference in people's homes and lives.

Client Experience & Service Excellence

• Be a true advocate for our clients — listen to their needs, explain every step of the service you're performing, and demonstrate the superior quality that sets us apart
• Respect every client's home by wearing floor savers, maintaining a clean, organized work area, and leaving the job site better than you found it
• Re-check all repairs and installations before leaving to ensure everything is running perfectly — and make sure the client knows exactly how to operate their system
• Build genuine rapport with clients and recommend the right products and services to meet their unique needs

Technical Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, modify, and repair a wide range of residential heating and cooling systems
• Inspect and test system components to confirm safe and proper operation
• Conduct heat loss/heat gain calculations to determine the correct system size for each home
• Perform thorough inspections of clients' entire HVAC systems, identifying opportunities to prevent future breakdowns before they happen

Business & Team Accountability

• Utilize the company Pricing Guide accurately and consistently
• Educate clients on our club membership program, maintaining at least a 25% conversion rate among non-members and a 90% renewal rate among existing members
• Hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals and understanding your individual sales criteria
• Keep your company truck spotless inside and out — it's one of our most powerful marketing tools! Park strategically for maximum brand visibility
• Uphold our Code of Ethics and Team Rules at all times
• Actively participate in training sessions, morning meetings, and company retreats
• Always prioritize safety — on the job and behind the wheel

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Hands-on HVAC experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Self-starter mentality with reliability and schedule flexibility
• Solid understanding of current industry regulations and safety standards
• Proficiency with power tools and safe usage techniques
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Must pass random drug testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC or a related field (valued, but not required!)
