What You Will Do
As our Production Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our operation. You will oversee daily production activities on your assigned shift, ensuring that safety, quality, efficiency, and yield targets are consistently met. You will be the driving force behind a high-performing team, setting the standard for accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of production operators to perform at their best
- Managing schedules, work assignments, time and attendance, and team training
- Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to maximize output and minimize waste
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure materials, equipment, and resources are always available
- Championing a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and addressing concerns without delay
- Promoting sustainable production practices that reduce our environmental footprint
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a leader who brings both experience and energy to the table. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Hands-on technical experience with automated equipment
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop hourly production staff
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- A genuine commitment to environmental and social responsibility
