Compensation:
Hourly pay of $40.00-$45.00 based on experience, plus performance incentives including spiffs and commissions on system upgrades and service agreements. Total compensation typically ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, with uncapped earning potential.
In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for residential and light commercial customers, handle advanced troubleshooting, and ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely. You will also communicate directly with customers, document work performed, and occasionally support or mentor less experienced technicians when needed.
We are looking for someone with at least five years of HVAC service experience who is confident in diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and system performance. EPA certification is required, and NATE certification is preferred. You should take pride in your work, communicate professionally with customers, and be comfortable working independently in the field. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required, along with basic hand tools.
