Pay Range: $25.00 to $35.00 an hour, based on experience and credentials

Benefits: Insurance (health, dental, and vision, with minimal out-of-pocket cost for the employee), 401k with 4% company match, 8 Paid Holidays Floating Birthday Holiday (to be used in birthday month), 1 hour paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality installation of HVAC systems for residential and light commercial projects

• Collaborate with senior installers to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency

• Follow industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

• Assist with troubleshooting installation challenges

• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

• Coordinate with project managers, service teams, and warehouse staff for smooth job execution

• Complete necessary documentation and reports related to installations

Qualifications:

• 2 years of HVAC installation experience

• Skilled in installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork

• EPA certification and other industry certifications are a plus

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical diagrams

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Must possess basic hand tools

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
