About the Wealth Management Associate / CSA Role:
The Wealth Management Associate /Client Service Associate is a key member of the firm’s client experience team, playing an important role in delivering a seamless, responsive, and high-touch experience. This is a highly visible position where you will interact directly with clients, support their needs, and help manage the day-to-day operations that keep relationships running smoothly. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational side of wealth management and the personal connection that comes with supporting clients and being part of a close-knit team.
You will work closely with and be trained by an experienced Director of Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of client service and operations. This role is centered around managing the details that matter most, opening accounts, facilitating transactions, handling documentation, and maintaining accurate client records. While this is not an advisory role, it plays a critical part in building trust and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Wealth Management Associate / CSA Role:
- Open new client accounts and assist with ACAT transfers
- Facilitate money movements, including wires, ACH, distributions, and RMDs
- Coordinate and process trade instructions under advisor direction
- Update client records, including beneficiaries, banking details, and contact information
- Prepare and follow through on custodial paperwork
- Communicate with custodians to resolve issues and complete transactions
- Maintain accurate data within CRM and custodian platforms
- Partner closely with advisors and team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience
Qualifications:
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience supporting financial advisors
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused demeanor
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, comfortable learning and navigating CRM systems and custodian platforms (experience with Schwab is a plus)
- High integrity, discretion, and a genuine commitment to client care
