Associate Financial Advisor (RIA / Wealth Management)
Timonium, MD (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Compensation:
$80k-120k DOE with bonus potential

Our client is a thriving, woman-owned boutique financial advisory practice that has been serving individuals and families for more than 20 years. The firm is seeking a motivated Associate Financial Advisor (experienced CSA or Wealth Associate) to join its small, dedicated, client-centered team.
The ideal candidate brings a fiduciary mindset, strong client relationship skills, and the drive to advance in a professional financial advisor career. This role offers the opportunity to serve a loyal client base while enjoying flexibility, career growth, and the support of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Financial Advisor:
- Deliver comprehensive financial advice to individuals, families, and business owners
- Manage and grow client relationships with care and integrity
- Develop customized financial plans using planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuide)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience
· Over time be able to:
o Oversee investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning coordination
o Participate in client meetings, community events, and firm growth initiatives
Qualifications of the Associate Financial Advisor:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses required
- 3 years of experience as a CSA or Private Client Wealth Associate, with interest in advancing to full advisor responsibilities (servicing existing accounts and/or building a personal book of business if desired)
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships
- CFP designation preferred, or currently in progress, or strong interest in pursuing certification
- Life/Health License, or ability to obtain within a set timeframe of hire
- Proficiency with Albridge, Redtail CRM, MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, Wealthscape, or similar platforms is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
