A successful and growing private wealth management practice is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to join its team in Calabasas, California.

Key Responsibilities
➢ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and help deliver an exceptional client experience
➢ Support client meetings through preparation, follow-up, coordination, and ongoing relationship management
➢ Assist with account maintenance, money movement requests, transfers, and other client service activities
➢ Coordinate and support trading activities in accordance with licensing and compliance requirements
➢ Gather and organize information needed for financial planning and wealth management initiatives
➢ Track and manage prospect-to-client conversion activities and onboarding processes
➢ Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure timely completion of client requests and planning activities
➢ Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM and operational systems
➢ Collaborate closely with advisors and team members to support client retention and business growth
Qualifications
➢ 3 years of experience supporting financial advisors, wealth managers, financial planners, or investment professionals
➢ Experience in a client-facing wealth management, advisory, or financial services environment
➢ Existing SIE, Series 7, or Series 66 licensing is preferred but not required
➢ Ability and willingness to obtain required securities and insurance licenses within the designated timeframe
➢ Exceptional client service and relationship management skills
➢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
➢ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
➢ Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
➢ Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Compensation & Benefits
➢ Base salary of $65,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and licensing
