Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Personal Caregiver, you will:

• Provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Work one-on-one with clients in their homes, with varied shifts and activities

Every Caregiver plays a vital role in improving quality of life and promoting independence.

Caregiver Requirements

• HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required - we pay for your Caregiver training
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others
