Requirements:
• *CNA License or CHHA License
• *Current Physical (performed within the last 2 years)
• *TB skin test (performed within the last 1 year) or chest x-ray
• *Dependable transportation
Additional Info:
- Phone must be kept on and fully charged with a voicemail box set up.
- Must plan accordingly to be prepared to fill a shift-i.e. personal schedule, daycare, school, and work schedules.
- Some clients have animals and/or smoke, must be okay with being in the presence of these if needed
