Full Time Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals that have mental illnesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents in an assisted living setting. This role requires a strong commitment to resident rights, patient care, and adherence to HIPAA regulations while fostering a nurturing environment for all individuals.

Shift Availability
We are currently hiring for a Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Prompt residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. No hands on care with residents is required.
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes in residents' health status to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Uphold resident rights by promoting dignity, respect, and independence in all interactions.
• Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies while following established protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to hygiene standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with direct supervisors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Experience

• Previous experience in a caregiver role is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train.
• CPR/First Aid is a plus, but a requirement prior to work
• Assist with Medication (Idaho) is a plus, but not required.
