Right at Home – Southern Maryland is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide personalized support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Multiple immediate openings available with flexible scheduling and consistent hours.

Location: Indian Head, MD - Charles County

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts: Day, Morning, Afternoon, Evening - Full-Time or Part-Time

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation

• Ability to travel to client homes

• At least 1 year caregiving experience (agency, facility, private duty) or 2 years caring for a family member

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide companionship and supervision

• Support indoor and outdoor activities

• Transportation and errands

• Light housekeeping

• Encourage social engagement and client well-being
