Right at Home – Southern Maryland In-Home Care & Assistance is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Aides to provide personalized one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults who need support to remain safely in their own homes.

As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort while receiving care in their familiar environment.

We currently have immediate caregiver openings with flexible schedules.

Location: Dunkirk, Calvert County, MD
Pay: $15.00 – $17.50 per hour
Shifts: Dayshift, Morning, Afternoon | Full-Time or Part-Time
Type: In-home one-on-one caregiver

Caregiver Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred

• At least 1 year caregiving experience (agency, facility, private duty, or family care)

• Valid driver’s license and insured automobile required

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Companion and homemaker services

• Indoor and outdoor client activities

• Transportation to appointments and errands

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Building positive relationships with clients and families
