Right at Home - Southern Maryland In-Home Care & Assistance is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Aides (PCA) to join our dynamic care team providing personalized in-home care. As a Caregiver, you will help seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We currently have immediate openings with flexible schedules for dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping others.

Location: Swan Point, MD 20645 (Charles County)
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
Shifts: Dayshift, Morning, Afternoon | Full-Time or Part-Time
Type: In-home one-on-one caregiver

Caregiver Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred

• At least 1 year caregiving experience (agency, facility, private duty, or family care)

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to quality care

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Companion and homemaker services

• Indoor and outdoor activities with clients

• Transportation to errands and appointments

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Building meaningful relationships with clients
