Wanted Integrator and Sr Director or VP of Operations

Right at Home of Southern Arizona & Southern Nevada was founded in 2013 and operates Arizona locations in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista and location in Henderson, Nevada.

Our purpose is to improve quality of life by helping people navigate the aging journey so that veterans and older adults can do the things they love to do and live the way they want to live.

We are striving as a team toward the milestone of 500,000 hours of care delivered in a single year by 2028!

Our clients are veterans and older adults who wish to remain living independently at home. They often require companionship, help around the house, personal care or cognitive and dementia support. If you have experience working with aging adults and leading a team of professional caregivers—or think you may enjoy doing this type of work—this role will be a great fit!

We are hiring an Integrator (Sr. Director or VP of Operations) to join our team.

As the Integrator (Sr. Director or VP of Operations) you’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want and have the capacity to do the following things:

• Develop a strong working partnership and full alignment with the company owner/Chief Vision Officer.
• Lead, manage and ensure accountability of the company’s Leadership Team.
• Support the growth and development of your team, both professionally and personally.
• Own the company’s aggressive growth goals by personally sitting in the Sales & Marketing Leader seat.
• Deliver aggressive revenue growth and excessive profitability.
• Help us create what my friend Joe Polish calls an ELF business (Easy, Lucrative & Fun) rather than a HALF business (Hard, Annoying, Lame & Frustrating).
• Ensure the company runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) purley.

• Have a mindset of scaling for growth and lead sales and marketing directly.

• Lead the weekly Sales & Marketing team meeting.
