Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and families, conducting sign-ups and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources through regular visits, check-ins, and follow-ups.
- Participate in community events, marketing health fairs, and assisted living activities on behalf of Right at Home.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Enter inquiries, send out agreements, and update tasks for the office team.
- Provide occasional field support, such as delivering supplies (e.g., gloves) to caregivers or clients.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth coordination of client services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable speaking with clients, families, and referral partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule between office and field activities.
- Previous experience in healthcare, home care, senior living, or marketing preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
