Other Requirements
- Degree or Certification in Library Science or Information Science from an ALA-accredited program.
- Valid New Jersey Educational Services Certification as a School Library Media Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of library automation systems and digital library resources.
- Proven experience in developing, managing, and promoting library collections and services.
- Excellent instructional skills and experience integrating technology into the curriculum.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and staff.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
