As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll be an integral part of our treatment team, providing continuous care, supervision, and positive role modeling to patients across various age groups from adolescents to geriatrics. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll contribute to creating a therapeutic environment that fosters patient support and well-being.

• Accurately record vital signs
• Exercise judgment in patient interactions and report changes to the RN
• Follow therapeutic interventions outlined by the treatment team and provide information for development and revision
• Employ crisis-intervention techniques, conduct RBT-led groups, and use facility-approved CPI techniques
• Assist patients through discharge, guide in adjusting to life changes, and help with personal hygiene
• Comply with policies for a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment, practicing universal precautions and responding to patient care priorities.  

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, or related field preferred

Certification

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• CPI, Handle With Care, or equivalent crisis intervention certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within orientation period

Experience

• Preferred experience in:

Inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health settings

Autism spectrum or behavioral therapy program

Compensation:

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range is $19.00 - $23.00 hourly.  We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
