Ridgeview Institute is looking for a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the overall financial administration of the facility, including general accounting, data processing, and financial reporting, in accordance with all facility and corporate policies and procedures. This position ensures that internal controls are adequate to safeguard the facility’s assets and that accounting systems are sufficient to produce accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Consult with the CEO concerning the facility’s financial affairs, development of operating policies and procedures, and facility financial goals and objectives.
- Manage the overall financial and general accounting operations of the facility in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide analysis of facility income, expenditures, and capital asset values with comparison to previous periods.
- Maintain and direct facility information systems as directed by corporate and adapt programs to changing needs.
- Conduct timely reviews of the financial statements and refer financial analysis to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Ensure the accurate production and review of product line analysis, and consult with the facility management and Chief Executive Officer on findings.
- Reconciliation of the bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a timely basis each month.
- Produce the general ledger on a timely basis each month
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years as a Controller in a psychiatric healthcare setting, with experience in managing multiple functions in a healthcare business office preferred.
- Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of computers, with experience utilizing healthcare-based HMS computer system and commonly accepted business software applications programs, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Compensation:
This is a full-time, exempt role with an annual base salary up to $180,000.00, plus opportunities to earn quarterly and annual bonuses! We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be given to experience and skill level. Join us as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO)!
